The role involves:• Liaising with clients and assisting with the application of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes• Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries• Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes• Preparing immigration advice for clients• Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients• Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident application• Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
The ideal candidate should possess:• Possess a University degree or equivalent in a related field of study• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills• Personable with good communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft office
