The client relationship management operations team in KPMG looks after a series of initiatives to define and drive high quality client relationship management system (CRM) data.

We are looking for an officer to work on CRM activities specifically focusing on data quality review and update.

Job responsibilities:

  • Daily proactive update and maintenance of contact data
  • Research work using online tools and databases to review contact data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data entry work updating records, including tagging and classifying CRM data.
  • Liaising with internal data owners to seek confirmation on data accuracy and making necessary updates.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Some experience working in a corporate environment, possibly in a data entry or service support
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and workflow process.
  • Technical proficiency with excel and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A level, diploma, degree or equivalent would be advantageous.
