KPMG Tax Planning and Compliance team helps in preparing and submitting income tax returns and computations, attending to queries and resolving complex tax issues with tax authorities, helping our clients manage their tax affairs, finding legitimate tax savings opportunities while facilitating compliance with tax laws, income tax planning and advisory services, applications to the relevant authority for tax and other related incentives and tax due diligence reviews.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Tax Planning & Compliance team as an Administrator.

Job Description:
• Provide business support by assisting in the operational processes in the Tax Planning & Compliance department. This includes including work tasks tracking, administration and maintaining updated records via various in-house systems
• Provide support in the digital transformation of work streams which includes testing, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), generating reports and dissemination of information with regards to changes in systems
• Assist in the resource allocation of the department via a resource allocation tool
• Assist to ensure that engagement codes are kept up to date
• Carrying out general administrative and supporting duties

You should possess:
• GCE 'O' level or Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Speak and write English fluently
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
