Our Quality & Risk Management Department disseminates timely and relevant information on developments in legislation and regulations, and executes initiatives to manage our risk in a challenging environment. The Quality and Risk Management team invites highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities: • Be part of the Risk Management team servicing internal clients• Understand the necessity of KPMG to comply with KPMG Global risk management requirements and administer the processes required to maintain compliance • Supports organizational compliance including review and evaluate compliance issues and apply procedures through regular risk exposure monitoring, analysis and reporting.• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future• Be familiar with the organization data architecture, perform data-mining, understand the business processes and perform gap analysis• Maintain, monitor/update validity of risk modeling outputs of risk management systems• Develop and maintain internal relationships to promote understanding and compliance with risk management policies and procedures• Develop tools and establish processes to empower our people • Deliver training as necessary
Job Requirements:• Patient and analytical, with an eye for detail• Mentally agile to cope with complexity• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills• Excellent interpersonal skills, team working skills and proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personalities in a tactful, decisive and resourceful manner• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes• Language requirements - strong spoken, listening and written English
