We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as an intern HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Advisory. You will support the Junior & Senior HRBP of Advisory to drive the HR strategies for Advisory.

The Advisory functions are staffed by a wide diversity of 900 smart, driven consultants working across a range of industries and functions, including the Emerging Tech sectors like Blockchain and Data & Analytics. If you like working with different cultures and backgrounds in a fast paced environment, this is where you will feel at home.


Job Description

  • Working with the HRBP’s to deliver excellent service by providing operational support for HR activities and helping to roll out the Advisory People Strategies. You will work on different parts of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisal, learning & development, people communication and change management.
  • Creating the best onboarding and off boarding experiences.
  • Creating email introductions for our (new) employees.
  • Support in the development of communication such as for advisory wide townhalls.
  • Suggest changes to improve and simplify our HR processes.
  • Participate in HR projects, and possibly leading your own project.


Job Requirements

  • Preference, but no requirement, for a Bachelors (or a Masters) in a business or HR related field. We welcome outstanding undergraduates (Year 1 to 2) to apply too.
  • Previous (internship) experience helpful.
  • For continuity we have a preference for a full time/part time internship for a period of at least 6 months.
  • Good Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive and independent approach to critical thinking. We want your opinion.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to follow through and respond to requests with high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
  • Ability to accept feedback to continuously improve.
  • Innovative approach and new way of thinking.
  • An excellent team player that can handle multiple stakeholders
  • Avid learner and keen interest in Human Resource field.
