We are looking for someone who can facilitate employee mobility to support our people movement within KPMG local and global network. Along with other leaders and colleagues in KPMG who are passionate about people, performance and culture, we work towards providing the right career and development opportunities for our KPMG staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end-to-end mobility service delivery for all levels of inbound and outbound assignees in aspects of mobility planning and management.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to facilitate end-to-end internal and global employee mobility processes, which includes expense tracking, billings and maintaining mobility databases.
  • Provide secondment care & support onboarding efforts to ensure secondees assimilate well into the new environment. 
  • Be the contact point for both internal & global mobility related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in internal HR team/ relocation service providers.
  • Interest in learning about talent mobility, tax, immigration, social security, payroll compliance and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical skills with written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer service oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy for process improvement and compliance.
  • Candidates with Diploma or above are welcome to apply.
