We are looking for Financials Functional consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion implementation of Finance. Additional experience in Business process re-engineering and pre-sales will be a plus. Though the position is based in Singapore, you may need to travel across ASEAN regions and also outside ASEAN region on a need-by basis.
You will be involved in:• Design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions (Fusion/EBS) to achieve defined business goals.• Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and solution architecture• Perform business process re-engineering and recommended leading practices• Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or processes to advise clients• Facilitate the definition and documentation of detailed business requirements for various project requests• Manage/take part in hands-on implementation projects end-to-end across all cycles of the project including support• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, Testing, facilitate UAT, configure system, design customisations, testing of customisations, data conversion/migration and cut-over activities in a project• Able to work on pre-sales activities like preparing proposals, client presentations including conducting POC• Able to work on client system selection engagements including collection of requirements, preparation of RFP and conducting ERP package and SI selection• Able to work on post implementation reviews including system review to identify the gaps between user requirement and what’s configured in system and providing corrective actions
You will need:• Working experience on similar capacity for more than 8 to 12 years with at least 2-4 end to end implementation life cycles in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials• Good understanding on integration architecture will be added advantage• Understanding on other footprints like EPM, SCM will be added advantage• Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows• Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills• Willing to travel when required.• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE 2 will be a plus.
