The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team’s responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development and staff communications.

We are looking for an Executive to join our HR Operations team to handle HR operational activities of our employees’ career cycle and to deliver quality services to internal stakeholders.

The role involves:
• Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in SAP, HRSIS and digital personnel files from onboarding to offboarding.
• Delivering a broad spectrum of HR activities including employee database management, end to end leave and benefits administration, overtime records management and timesheet administration for short-term contract employees.
• Providing regular statutory surveys, manpower and HR reports for the Management and ad hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time to time.
• Coordinating compliance and audit activities such as background checks of new hires, internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements and employee policies and benefits administration.
• Reviewing and identifying areas of improvement within HR operations and highlighting HR policies and procedures that may need to be reviewed.
• Providing advice to employees on HR-related phone and email enquiries.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• At least a diploma with 3 years of HR operations experience;
• Good knowledge of HR operational processes and understanding of local labour laws and legistration;
• Working knowledge in SAP HCM and PageUp Applicant Tracking System;
• An agile mindset to adapt to organization changes and stakeholders’ needs in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to work independently and be proactive and meticulous;
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• A collaborative and client-centric mindset, good work ethics and ability to partner and interact confidently with employees and senior stakeholders.
