As a Digital Finance professional, you will join an experienced and diverse team who is passionate about making a difference and learning along the way.  You can look forward to honing your skills as a trusted advisor to our key clients, providing insightful analyses that help them to realise their goals, from aspiration to innovation and sustainable value realisation.

 

The successful candidate can expect to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to:

  • Clarify their aspirations, priority needs, key challenges and desired outcomes
  • Apply critical thinking and robust evidence-based analysis to discover insights and frame value added solutions
  • Develop effective and practical recommendations to address key gaps identified
  • Identify suitable supporting digital solutions to enable the desired finance transformation
  • Translate business requirements into corresponding functional requirements to facilitate the implementation of relevant digital solutions
  • Influence change towards the realisation of their desired outcomes.

 

The ideal candidate requires:

  • Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or related business discipline.   
    CPA / CA qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of recent relevant experience in areas of finance transformation, finance operations improvement, and finance system implementation.  Prior experience in consulting is an advantage.
  • Proficient with leading ERP / digital finance solutions and conversant in core finance processes, including:
    - Order-to-Cash
    - Procure-to-Pay
    - Record-to-Report
    - Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills – proven ability to develop and manage good working relationships and deliver on overall project outcomes
  • Established track record in effective project management – able to multi-task, prioritise based on evolving business needs, and work well within a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
  • Ability to engage with and communicate effectively with senior management stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel for work
