Oracle Financials Function, Pre-sales Consultant

We are looking for Financials Functional consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion pre-sales/business development. Though the position is based in Singapore, you may need to travel across ASEAN regions and outside ASEAN region on a need-by basis.

You will be involved in:

• Participating in pre-sales activities like preparing proposals, client presentations including conducting POC
• Creating high quality presentations and proposals in a manner that subscribes to the requirements
• Assisting in client system selection engagements including collection of requirements, preparation of RFP and conducting ERP package and SI selection
• Conducting post implementation reviews including system review to identify the gaps between user requirement and what’s configured in system and providing corrective actions
• Designing, implementing and deploying Oracle solutions (Fusion/EBS) to achieve defined business goals
• Maintaining skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and solution architecture
• Performing business process re-engineering and recommended leading practices
• Showing initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or processes to advise clients
• Facilitating the definition and documentation of detailed business requirements for various project requests
• Managing and taking part in hands-on implementation projects end-to-end across all cycles of the project including support when required

You will need:

• 10 - 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP business development and pre-sales activities in the ASEAN market with at least 2 end to end implementation projects experience and involved in customer requirement analysis, configuration, preparing functional design, test scripts and assisting technical team on clarifications
• Knowledge in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials is a must and Supply Chain will be an added advantage
• Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows
• Capable of troubleshooting and providing quality problem resolution
• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
