The KPMG Business School (KBS) team is an integral element in achieving our Employer of Choice objective. It provides learning opportunities where employees will find the business, leadership and technical skills required to cut through complexity and deliver clear solutions that our clients value. KBS ensures that we develop and present employees with training that is relevant to their roles and helps our people to deal with the professional challenges that they face. KBS also offers a range of public courses that leverages the thought leadership that we possess in the firm.


The role involves:

• Prepare and deliver leadership and skills training to professional staff in KPMG Singapore.
• Understand the business goals of our internal stakeholders and collaborate with them to create solutions that support the holistic professional growth of our colleagues.
• Deliver training to our corporate clients on public and customised programmes.
• Project-direct internal and external learning programs, including materials development, vendor and instructor management, etc.
• Lead special projects focused on learning transformation to ensure that KBS continues to deliver outstanding learning opportunities.


The ideal candidate should possess:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of ten years of learning and development experience with a focus on skills development preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment.
• Regional experience in Singapore / Asia.
• A curious, inquisitive mindset offering creative solutions to complex business issues.
• Energy, enthusiasm, sense of initiative with strong people and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic business acumen.
• Demonstrated capabilities in leading complex team-based development projects, client advising, programme evaluation, and design.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, knowledge and experience in different learning modes.
• Experience with audit, tax or advisory will be a plus.
