The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.
We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team. We are looking for a Senior Executive to support the C&B team in developing, planning and management of internal communications campaigns across various tools and platforms. The candidate will be helping to craft policies, announcements, presentations and briefings for various internal uses, and will work closely with the internal communications team, HRBPs and internal stakeholders in the firm.
The role involves:
• Co-ordination with HR managers & preparation of monthly operations committee slides for the HR team• Formulating, reviewing and maintaining HR policies• Working closely with the Senior Management to review and drive changes in HR policies• Propose new HR policies and measures • Review HR policies and guidelines, to ensure compliance with audit requirements and legal obligations• Drive and facilitate HR projects to align with the initiative and directions of KPMG Singapore• Provide policy guidance and advice to HRBPs and employees • Support C&B team in benefits programmes administration & budgeting plan• Support C&B team in salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles• Liaise with external market vendors for corporate discounts & benefits vendors• Support the team in various C&B projects
The ideal candidate should:• Have a tertiary degree or equivalent (preferably in marketing or communications).• Have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an internal/corporate communications (preferred) or C&B (policy focused) role. • Have excellent writing and presentation skills • Ability to partner with various centres of expertise within the HR team and across the firm to develop people policies• Inquisitive, meticulous with strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop informative yet concise presentation slides and reports for senior management • Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Be able to work well independently, have initiative, and deliver on deadlines.• Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
