Attitudes to tax are changing and with this tax decisions are under scrutiny like never before. Tax decisions must take into account global competition and knowledge sharing between tax jurisdictions to gain a clear and defendable advantage.
We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Personal Tax & GMS department.
The role involves:• Check various relevant websites for new tax updates and legislation• Provide support for the publishing of news and tax articles for internal distribution• Update and maintain databases and internal procedural documents, upload documents onto intranet workspace for the team• Maintain and update links into our internal webpage and ensure that the links are working;• Assist with the distribution of various newsletters/announcements• Assist to gather reports for unsubscribed /undelivered emails for maintaining up-to-date contacts database• Provide support on training matters, including generating of reports for training assessments• Manage and maintain tax library
The ideal candidate should possess:• GCE “O” Level with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience• IT savvy and proficient in PC office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint)• Knowledge on HTML coding is an advantage• Takes initiative and meticulous• Good organisational and communication skills
