We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Human Resource Team.


The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.


In this position, you will be working closely with internal business, functional units as well as technology team to design and implement solutions for the IT systems and applications pertaining to employee experience for KPMG.

The role involves:
• Gather the core requirements of Users and design system solutions.
• Actively and professionally engage different stakeholders in streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
• Work with IT teams to design and develop solutions/ enhancements as per agreed requirements.
• Responsible for the user experience of all the stakeholders and translation into systems solutions.
• Propose new solutions/directions to improve system efficiencies.
• Create and implement new reports and analysis; ensure data integrity, test design, validation and documentation.
• Conduct data cleansing activities.
• Design and create operational metrics and analytics, using data and research to build and improve existing HR-related processes and framework.
• Be the SME and Lead Superuser for systems within HCM (SAP HCM, SuccessFactor, in house systems).
• Conduct regular training for HR on system enhancements & new functionalities.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing Human Resource (HR) operational systems.
• Good understanding of HR policies & practices.
• Experience in SAP Human Capital Management or Success Factors.
• Ability to strategically identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Ability to constantly manage controls and processes with strong attention to details.
• Prior experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Keen to learn and take up new challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
