We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as an e-Learning / microlearning Developer.
The role involves:• Creation and maintenance of web-based training (WBT) materials / e-Learning SCORM packages using authoring tools such as (but not limited to) Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise• Design and develop dynamic, interactive and user-friendly multimedia training solutions and digital assets for WBT courses• Work with team members to define processes, work flows, effective content production and implementation of up to date development and LMS technologies and methodologies• Advise internal clients and/or Learning Designers (LD) on online learning solutions• Coordinates with LDs to develop online training materials• Partner with internal teams to produce high quality e-Learning content• Assist with management of course development projects including scoping the required resources and timeline to meet project timelines with quality results• Design measurement instruments and creating advanced learning activities questions for quizzes and certification exams
The ideal candidate should possess:• A Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, or Computer Science.• Around 3 years of working experience in curriculum design, instructional design, content development or training.• Strong multimedia design capability, experience with user experience design• Highly experienced in using authoring tools for WBT development such as Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise)• Energetic, enthusiastic, sense of initiative with strong people and relationship-building skills.• Experience working with different Learning Management Systems.• Experience applying various instructional design strategies will be a plus.• Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud Tools will be a plus.
