Attitudes to tax are changing and with this tax decisions are under scrutiny like never before. Tax decisions must take into account global competition and knowledge sharing between tax jurisdictions to gain a clear and defendable advantage.


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Tax Admin team as a Department Secretary.


The role involves:

  • Supporting all administrative work to the team
  • Administering training for the staff and running report when require
  • Assisting processes via in-house system
  • Carrying out general administrative and supporting duties to MICs


The ideal candidate should possess:


  • GCE 'O' level with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
