KPMG’s Audit professionals provide timely and accurate information for corporate governance and financial reporting. Our clients leverage our specialist knowledge in audit, accounting and regulatory compliance to manage their business risks.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Audit Middle Markets team to provide administrative support for the department.

 

The role involves:
• Support the department to ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
• Monitor and follow up on fees collection, maintaining relevant records and preparation of weekly status report on fees collection.
• Assist in room booking arrangements
• Maintain and update the department’s contact information
• Compile and revise documents and reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Maintenance of generic mail boxes, general hotline and other correspondence
• Tracking and managing of timesheet / expenses submission / medical certifications
• Supporting new staff orientation and ensuring materials are distributed
• Exit clearance for staffs that has resigned
• Track, update and generate billings, reports and late accounts status for engagement
• Helps to collate approved budget information
• Act as a training coordinator to book trainings for department
• Any other duties as assigned when necessary

 

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative support
• Good organisational, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
