Workday team will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management solution. The Consultant will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements. The Lead will work with their clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution. The Lead will provide direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project.
The role involves: • Planning, preparing and delivering demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, client and internal requirements for the Workday HCM solution • Working as part of the teams involved with client engagement activities, in order to build relationships, maximize sales opportunities and establish our standing as the preferred service provider for the Workday HCM solution • Leading and managing the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution which includes: - Working with client stakeholders to establish and confirm their business requirements- Architecting the Workday solution design based on the business requirements- Configuration and testing of the Workday solution- Configuration and testing of integrations between Workday and third party / custom solutions- Migration of legacy data into the Workday solution- Training and transferring knowledge to users of the Workday solution • Providing expertise on the Workday HCM solution suite, and leading the learning and development of a team of consultants for Workday HCM
The ideal candidate should possess: • Workday Core HCM Certified and Workday Prism Certified• At least 5 years of experience in implementing Human Capital Management solutions, with at least 3 years implementing Workday HCM solutions • Led at least 2 full-cycle implementation of Workday Core HCM solutions • Experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to cope under pressure and work to tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and client service orientation
