Support Admin Officer (PMO) (1 Yr Contract)

A Support Admin Officer is responsible to,

  • Provide administrative support to ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities
  • Monitor and compile project status updates
  • Provide administrative support for management meetings such as managing the scheduling/re-scheduling of the meetings, the call for papers, meeting agenda and consolidating presentation materials
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as required

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred
  • Experience in administrative work, administer contract, human resource or similar job scope
  • Meticulous about details, results and customer oriented
  • Team player with organization and people handling skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
