We are looking for Confidential Secretary with relevant experience to join our Tax department.
The role involves:• Support the Partners (i.e. screen telephone calls, manage schedules, timesheets, booking of meeting rooms etc)• Follow up with managers on unbilled WIP exceeding a certain amount and outstanding debtors on a monthly basis • Assist to complete the info deck required for collaboration matrix on a monthly basis• Follow up with managers on outstanding IRAS query letter on a bi-monthly basis• Manage and booking of lunch, coffee and dinner appointments, including researching on venues/updating venues on a monthly basis • Update client contact information and department’s contact information on a weekly basis • Make and submit expense claims on a bi-monthly basis • Assisting to monitor partner’s training to ensure they are completed timely• Travel and accommodation arrangements• General administrative duties when assigned
The ideal candidate should possess:• GCE ‘O’ Level with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant or a similar role• LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent• Computer literate and good with social medial (ie; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)• Must be resourceful, proactive, independent and able to make decisions when necessary • Possess good problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Must be well-organized, able to communicate with staff at all levels and meet deadlines• Willingness to work overtime as and when required.
