The role includes:• Lead and / or partner with our clients in developing and implementing innovative business and people strategies, and organisational development solutions to ensure their continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate should:• Strong functional knowledge and experience in human resources, organisational transformation, talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and change management. We are seeking individuals who are specifically experienced in the areas of human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, organisation development, and manpower optimisation.• Have minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage. • Have experience leading, managing and working with teams in delivering projects, interested in nurturing and grooming teammates• Have experience in business development – e.g. creating new solutions, value proposition and go-to-market strategies• Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, is adaptable and work with people of all levels.
