We are looking for experienced hire who is passionate about people and digital transformation agenda to join our People & Change practice. We look forward to having experienced consultant who is able to lead client project delivery and business development in areas such as, but not limited to the following:

• HR Transformation
• Change Management

Organisations are operating in a constantly and rapidly changing world, and managing and maintaining a strong workforce in such an environment is challenging. This in turn presents a strategic opportunity for the HR function to enable a profound transformation, converting the full potential of an organisation’s people into financial performance and market value.

The role includes:
• Lead and / or partner with our clients in developing and implementing innovative business and people strategies, and organisational development solutions to ensure their continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate should:
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in human resources, organisational transformation, talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and change management. We are seeking individuals who are specifically experienced in the areas of human resource strategies and processes, organisational design, organisation development, and manpower optimisation.
• Have minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience and proven capabilities in managing large scale projects and delivering quality solutions. Prior experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage.
• Have experience leading, managing and working with teams in delivering projects, interested in nurturing and grooming teammates
• Have experience in business development – e.g. creating new solutions, value proposition and go-to-market strategies
• Possess deep analytical skills and strong client service orientation and able to multitask, is adaptable and work with people of all levels.
