KPMG's Audit professionals provide timely and accurate information for corporate governance and financial reporting. Our clients leverage on our specialist knowledge in audit, accounting and regulatory compliance to manage their business risks.

We are looking for a Department Secretary with relevant experiences.


The role involves:

  • Provide administrative support to managers
  • Generate reports
  • Sort & distribute mails
  • Monitor staff movement
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Automate existing manual processes within the department
  • Carry out ad hoc administrative duties


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • GCE 'O' level with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and technology savvy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
