We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Digital Customer practice.


As customer experience rises in importance, customer outcomes are pivotal to key business decisions in order to achieve sustainable growth in today’s dynamic market. The Digital Customer team helps our clients across industries extend their relationship, capture and grow the value of their customers.


We provide them with the insights needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals through:

  • Transforming the customer experiences that add most value to the organisation
  • Making transformation and business decisions based on what customers value


Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service, sales and marketing transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.


The role involves:

  • End to end responsibility for delivery consulting engagement related to customer experience strategy and design, service, sales and marketing transformation
  • Being accountable for driving successful engagements and managing the client relationships
  • Demonstrating proficiency in their capability to drive service, sales and marketing transformation topics
  • Managing resources for the seamless implementation of the projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision to junior staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of project targets according to milestone agreements
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff in building their capabilities
  • Support business development activities including preparing proposals, supporting sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to ongoing project work


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8 years of working experience in hands-on delivery and implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries, serving clients across a diverse range of industries
  • Experience with process improvement for marketing, sales, and customer experience processes focused on process and performance management for customer-facing products and services leveraging statistical analysis to inform the strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to document customer requirements including product, channel and customer profitability.
  • Proven track record in project management and delivery of customer experience, sales and marketing projects
  • Strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations to enable sound and practical recommendations to clients is required
