KPMG Tax Services partners organisations to meet their tax compliance obligations, manage their tax risks and to value add to the business through proactive adoption of tax strategies. There are increasing demands by organisations for value adding managed compliance services.

We are looking for a dynamic & driven individual to join the Tax Compliance and Planning team as a Compliance Proposal cum Project Management Executive.

In this role, you will be involved in the structured proposal management process, by working with cross-functional business team members to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) on a timely basis. In addition, you will be assisting with the monitoring and following up of Singapore led regional/global compliance projects to ensure the meeting of timelines and project deliverables.

The role involves:
• Liaise & work closely with the Engagement Managers on RFP submission requests.
• Coordinate & work closely with different business stakeholders, including the Senior Management to obtain the necessary info required for proposal submission.
• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.
• Solicit management reviews and approvals during proposal development.
• Identify and administer the appropriate Proposal Template through the system for each submission.
• Co-ordinate & prepare the necessary administrative work for the proposal submissions.
• Track and follow-up with Engagement Manager for the return of proposal requirements.
• Monitor & work closely with business stakeholders for relevant engagement opportunities, initiate the RFP process, monitor and manage the bid opportunities pipeline. This includes coordinating meetings & gathering requirements with overseas clients & granting system access rights.
• Provide any required administrative support to ensure that the proposals are submitted within the proposal timeline.
• Monitor and follow up on Singapore lead regional/global compliance projects. aimed at creating a consistent operating model and timely service deliverables.
• Work with various stakeholders (including member firms, where applicable) to identify, refine, and prioritize the direct and indirect tax filing tasks and track the key client deliverables.
• Create management reporting, briefing decks, and other ad hoc reporting on status, issues, and risk

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Diploma qualification with 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Working experience in professional services industry in sales business operations support is an added advantage.
• Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task with competing priorities.
• Able to work well under pressure.
