We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our US Tax department which supports multinational enterprises in navigating the ever changing US tax landscape.


The US Tax Practice in ASPAC offers a wide range of leading US tax planning and operational tax, compliance and provision services for the ASPAC region. KPMG Singapore’s US Tax team together with KPMG China’s US Corporate Tax team based in Hong Kong, form the KPMG ASPAC’s US Tax Practice.


The role involves:
• Assisting in the risk management processes, including advising, requesting, tracking and renewing approvals via in-house system
• Handle onboarding of new clients
• Assisting in billing matters and issuance of invoices
• Drafting and checking of client and engagement evaluation, including creating client code
• Assist Department Secretary with sentinel issues which includes the setting up and opening of engagement codes
• Print final copies of the engagement letters with all the relevant attachment
• Organizing events
• Performing other administrative duties and business support duties as necessary


The ideal candidate should possess:
• GCE 'O' level or Diploma qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate(ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and willing to learn new systems
• Able to interact effectively with stakeholders of different levels across the organization.
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Able to coordinate and work with multiple proposal and tight timeline.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
