The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.

In this position, you will be working closely with internal business, functional units as well as technology teams to design and implement solutions for the IT systems and applications pertaining to employee experience for KPMG.

The role involves:

-Leading the HRIS team in managing multi projects and initiatives involving HR Systems.
-Plan and execute the HR technology roadmap driving automation and process efficiency.
-Plan, drive and coordinate HR Systems activities including prioritization of change requests and enhancements.
-Working in partnership with key stakeholders including HR, IT and other relevant stakeholders for the implementation of SuccessFactors.
-Partner & collaborate with the various HR Centre of Excellence (COE) on business requirements to achieve efficient business operations and an optimal end user experience
-Review and regressively test business procedures and workflow in SuccessFactors.
-Conduct business process needs analysis and process harmonisation workshops to align common set of requirements.
-Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system/process
-Proving support which includes troubleshooting, system re-configuration and adjustments as and when needed.
-Ensure compliance and alignment of internal processes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

-At least 10 years’ of relevant experiences handling HR systems with strong background in systems implementation, project planning & management, vendor management and business analysis.
-Experience in leading and managing a HRIS team & to provide coaching and guidance to the team.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines in a matrix environment
-Possess excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as strong analytical and decision-making skills.
-High level of self-motivation and strong business understanding linked to strategic insights & perspectives.
-Ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders and users’ expectation and experiences.
-Degree in any discipline.
