The Human Resources team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team’s responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development and staff communications.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will need to:
-Determine and develop relevant recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs, proactively seeking ways to widen talent channels and improve the way we hire.
- Work closely with line partners, hiring managers and HR business partners to offer advice and execute recruitment plans to meet requirements.
- Be accountable to support the growth plans of a business function
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including but not limited to:
   -Active management and building of candidate pipeline
   -Management of selection and evaluation processes
   -Extension of offer, preparation of employment contract and onboarding coordination
   -Facilitation of internal mobility where suitable
   -Provide regular and timely updates and reports on employment activities and strategies
   -Help guide junior resources and demonstrate leadership
   -Participate in HR and business improvement projects

The ideal candidate should:

-Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house environment
-Possess a strong track record in recruitment including a diverse range of skill sets and market experience
-Be meticulous, tenacious and be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
-Be client-focused and able to interact confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders
-Have experience in completing challenging recruiting projects using a wide array of skillsets in sourcing and selection
-Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Experience working in a professional services or consulting firm will be a plus.
