We invite dynamic, agile and driven professionals to join our growing KPMG Asia Pacific Team (ASPAC). As a marketing and communications expert, technical skills are just the start, the ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organisation is essential, as are creativity, quick-thinking and problem-solving skills.


As part of the regional team, you will play an integral role in helping firms meet Trust and Growth ambitions, promoting consistency and collaboration, so that KPMG becomes the Clear Choice for clients and talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This role is based within a small but dynamic ASPAC Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications, KPMG Asia Pacific.

The role involves:
— Executing the regional marketing and communications strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
— Developing and managing impactful campaigns and projects to create brand awareness, manage the firm’s reputation and generate leads.
— Creating and managing content (including marketing assets for email campaigns, blogs, social media content, infographics, web, reports and whitepapers) to engage and encourage the reader to act.
— Contributing to internal, external, corporate and leadership communications.
— Organizing in-person, hybrid and virtual events which create valuable and memorable experiences.
— Tracking, measuring and analysing initiatives, and continually refine processes for better outcomes.
— Leveraging capabilities and collaborating across the region to contribute to building a regional identity, promoting thought leadership, and citizenship and sustainability.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

— Over 6 years of experience in marketing and communications roles.
— Prior brand, marketing, social media, communications, event and/or brand experience in professional services or technology companies would be an advantage but not essential.
— Delivery and execution of brand awareness and targeted campaigns focusing on delivering the optimal customer experience while also meeting business objectives and ROI.
— Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment across the region and globally
— Project management experience to ensure appropriate, timely and efficient delivery while managing multiple projects.
— Cultural awareness and understanding is essential. Previous experience of working in an international organization in a regional role would be beneficial.
— Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels.
