Job Description

At Digital Village, we design and deliver AI-powered solutions that move beyond experimentation into real-world deployment and impact. We work at the intersection of business, design, and engineering to help clients identify, build, and scale AI use cases across their organisations.

We are looking for an AI Product Delivery Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery while actively shaping client engagements and solution direction. This role requires a balance of delivery ownership, AI understanding, and strong client engagement — translating complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions — from problem framing and use case identification through to development, deployment, and adoption
  • Work directly with clients to understand business needs, identify opportunities for AI, and define clear solution approaches and roadmaps
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions (e.g. LLM applications, RAG-based systems, agentic workflows), working closely with engineering and data teams to drive execution
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across data science, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, including onshore and offshore delivery models
  • Drive delivery execution by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, simplifying complex AI concepts and guiding stakeholders through trade-offs, constraints, and implementation considerations
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with enterprise data, architecture, and governance requirements
  • Track solution performance, user adoption, and business impact, and drive continuous iteration based on real-world feedback
  • Support business development activities working closely with senior leadership, including shaping proposals, defining solution approaches, and contributing to new opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, trends, and practical implementation strategies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong experience in product delivery, technology consulting, or digital/AI programme leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI or data-driven solutions in real-world environments (beyond conceptual or pilot stages)
  • Solid understanding of core AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic patterns
  • Familiarity with deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) and understanding of associated constraints and trade-offs
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and structured manner
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, structure problems, and drive clarity and execution
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to get involved in problem-solving when required
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams, including onshore/offshore models
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting proposals, shaping deals, and contributing to revenue growth
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Experience

  • Typically, 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in consulting, product delivery, or technology roles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Practical exposure to AI-led initiatives, with involvement in taking solutions from concept through to deployment and adoption
