ASPAC Regional Team

This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The role

Overview of Operational Transformation Program

Globally, we are undertaking significant operational transformation to evolve our operating model and enable the firm of the future, delivered through Global’s Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation. This transformation of our operating model and broader value chain is foundational to achieving our Collective Strategy.

Achieving our targeted end state:

  • Enable optimization of our operating model and accelerates delivery
  • Accelerates adoption of global priority initiatives through common ways of working, improved data sharing and collaboration
  • Aligns with our strategy to digitize our business and the way we work through an integrated digital transformation approach
  • Improves our people and client experience by removing complexity and simplifying our ways of working
  • Drives consistency in how we work and agility to respond to the market through a common foundation

While transformation is enabled through technology, the ASPAC Operational Transformation is about how we evolve our Target Operating Model driven by business needs with a focus on what we should do together to minimize total cost of operations compared to member firms doing it on their own.

Your Opportunity

As a Change Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be part of the regional team delivering Global’s Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation across ASPAC. You will support the change agenda by shaping and executing change strategies that enable the transition to the future state operating model. Leveraging your transformation and change management expertise, you will partner with business and global stakeholders to embed new ways of working, drive adoption, and support leaders and teams through the transformation journey. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-energy team with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.

Experience delivering operational transformation programs is essential, alongside a strong commercial mindset to ensure change approaches are practical and viable for Member Firms. While this is not a technology role, an understanding of operational technology and its impact on people and ways of working is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, program teams, and Member Firm Change Leads across ASPAC.
  • Act as a key change partner to the ASPAC CoE Program Leads, ensuring change activities are tightly integrated with program delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Local Member Firm Change Leads, providing guidance, coaching, and hand son support to drive consistent outcomes.

Change Impact Assessment & Analysis

  • Collate and consolidate regional and local change impacts across Member Firms, ensuring a clear view of people, process, technology, and behavioural impacts.
  • Analyse change impacts to identify priority audiences, risk areas, readiness gaps, and adoption challenges.
  • Maintain and evolve regional change impact assessments, incorporating local insights and feedback from Member Firms.

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Design and tailor end to end change strategies for IVC programs; including: Benefits realisation, Communications, Stakeholder engagement, Training and capability uplift and Transition and business readiness.
  • Customise change approaches to reflect differences in Member Firm maturity, scale, operating models, and deployment timelines.

Change Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of change management activities at a regional level and support those at the Member Firm level
  • Ensure change plans are executed in line with program milestones and adapted as delivery evolves.
  • Support Member Firms through key transition points, including pre deployment, go live, and postimplementation adoption.

Communications & Engagement

  • Develop clear, structured, and engaging communications plans aligned to the program roadmap.
  • Work with Local Change Leads to tailor communications to suit local Member Firm needs, channels, and audiences while maintaining global/regional consistency.
  • Deliver executive briefings, leadership updates, and change messaging for both small and large audiences.

Assets & Global Alignment

  • Where required, create, update, and adapt change and learning assets provided by Global to ensure they are relevant, practical, and usable for ASPAC Member Firms, whilst ensuring consistency in the change approach.
  • Act as a conduit between Global and Member Firms, ensuring global intent is understood while enabling effective local execution.

Benefits Realisation & Adoption

  • Support benefits realisation for Program and broader IVC outcomes by:
  • Defining adoption and success measures, Designing approaches to track readiness and adoption, Providing data and insights to support regional and local reporting
  • Identify adoption risks and design targeted strategies to address resistance or low uptake across ASPAC and within individual Member Firms.

Front Office Transformation – Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with regional Clients & Markets team to understand global and regional Go-to-Market initiatives and ensure an integrated approach to support delivery as part of the overall program Change strategy
  • Provide ongoing Change & Adoption support to the regional Clients & Markets team post program implementation to embed Sales capability and uplift

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, your experience will likely include:

  • Demonstrated delivery of end-to-end change management on large, complex, national or multi country programs.
  • A strong focus on business outcomes, with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to implementation.
  • Proven ability to scope and plan change activities, identify gaps, risks, and issues, and proactively mitigate them.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience developing content for digital and internal channels (e.g. portals, news articles, internal social platforms).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • A collaborative, values led approach, with the ability to quickly understand stakeholder needs and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, self management, time management, teamwork, and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience supporting business led change and driving behavioural adoption.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to quickly absorb and interpret complex information.
