Job Description

 

Our Administration Team is handling most of the essential back-end office support services across the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the team and contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of firm-wide administrative support.

 

The role involves:

  • Managing various suppliers and vendors for office supplies and operational requirements
    • Handling contract administration and negotiations
    • Processing the respective invoices
    • Sourcing new suppliers and vendors as required
  • Managing the KPMG main line and Admin HelpDesk
  • Supervising vendors
  • Processing courier invoices
  • Uploading Partners’ Singtel IDD charges into iCall system
  • Clearing firm-wide mails and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Covering for Liaison Officer’s duties at AST2 Level 15 Front Desk, where required (For Female Hire)
  • Assisting with the processing of relevant monthly bills
  • Supporting colleagues with other administrative work as required
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

 The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Forms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and OneDrive would be an advantage
  • A collaborative and hardworking team player who thinks creatively, proactively suggests improvements to work processes, and is receptive to feedback
