Job Description
This role is responsible for providing SAP technical expertise in latest SAP cloud platform, AI and integration technologies to support the KPMG Integrated Value Chain program (IVC) and ongoing maintenance of the SAP technical platforms for KPMG member firms within the Asia-Pacific region.
Incumbents will be responsible for the technical assessment, architecture design, development, testing and user support for the maintenance of the IVC regional platform that comprises of BTP, BDC, Successfactors and S/4 Public Cloud ERP.
All aspects must be backed by solid communication and documentation skills together with strong SAP knowledge and experience preferably within a Professional Services environment.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the SAP BTP platform and other technologies within the SAP eco-system that integrate Successfactors, S/4 Cloud ERP and BDC as part of the overall IVC platform.
- Accountable for the code development in BTP for integration and S/4 Cloud ERP side-by-side extensions.
- Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of technical documentations to support the ongoing maintenance of the IVC platform and SAP BTP extensions.
- Participate in requirement workshops and other sessions and co-lead on technical aspects of processes.
- Support regional and local data management Lead/Team members to plan, prioritize and execute data management tasks/activities/deliverables in BDC as required.
- Support the regional testing effort, ensuring that defects are prioritized and actioned correctly and test scripts produced adequately test all business scenarios represented in the template.
- Support and guide member firm local technical resources in connecting local systems to the regional IVC platform.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Minimum five years’ experience in corporate environment, ideally in a global setting in a technology and/or a professional services environment.
- Minimum three years solid development experience in SAP BTP and Fiori/UI5 are required for this role. Knowledge of BDC, ABAP, SAP AI and other AI LLMs will be preferable.
- Minimum two end to end SAP project implementation life cycles, preferably rolling out regional or global templates.
- Experience using communication tools like Microsoft Office which are utilized extensively in the region working as part of a virtual team.
- Maturity in personal skills and the practical application SAP methodologies.
- Pragmatic attitude and flexible to changing priorities and demands.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
