Role overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and support ESG consulting engagements, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting and disclosure development.
The ideal candidate has solid experience across major reporting frameworks, strong consulting capabilities, and the discipline to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead or support ESG and sustainability reporting aligned to major frameworks: ISSB/IFRS, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and emerging standards such as ESRS/CSRD.
- Conduct materiality assessments, ESG data collection, KPI development, and process enhancements.
- Produce clear, structured deliverables and ensure on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
- Manage client engagement activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and development of ESG methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB, IFRS Sustainability) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability roles.
- Strong understanding of key ESG frameworks and emerging regulatory standards.
- Meticulous and analytical, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, client-ready outputs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Background in sustainability domains (environment, climate, sustainable development, corporate sustainability) preferred to complement accounting and reporting strengths within the team.
