Job Description
About the Role
This is a Senior Compensation & Benefits role covering Singapore. You will lead and manage the compensation, benefits, performance management and people policies to ensure our reward practices are market competitive and support the overall People Strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Be a thought leader who can partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, providing insights and solutions on compensation & benefits matters and policies
- Drive the end-to-end compensation & performance review cycles, from performance management frameworks, budget modelling, system readiness to execution, ensuring seamless and accurate cycles
- Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking, compensation modelling and market analysis on an as-needed basis
- Review and optimise reward & wellness programmes, provide governance and strategic guidance, including business case reviews and cost-benefit analysis.
- Oversee benefits administration and employee communications
- Manage vendors’ RFPs, including cost estimates and ongoing rewards budgeting
- Drive the review of HR policies and procedures, taking into consideration of applicable legislation and industry best practices as well as impact to the organisation.
- Review policies effectiveness; recommend enhancements to policies; and refinements to policy communication and implementation approach.
- Ensure consistent policies governance, evaluate deviations to policies and procedures and propose recommendations
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal/ external audit and governance requirements
- Lead any Compensation & Benefits related projects, including any system implementations and policy design
What We’re Looking For
- Degree holder in any discipline, HR-related qualifications preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, leading compensation design and analysis, benefits, and people policies in large organisations
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AI tools and comfortable working with large datasets
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Knowledge of the professional services industry would be a strong asset
