Job Description
KPMG’s HR Consulting professionals help clients navigate, implement and sustain transformational change to drive unprecedented levels of performance. Organisations are operating in a constantly and rapidly changing world and managing and maintaining a strong workforce in such an environment is challenging. This in turn presents a strategic opportunity for the HR function to enable a profound transformation, converting the full potential of an organisation’s people into financial performance and market value.
What You Will Do
- Lead or manage projects involving workforce planning, capability modelling and workforce transitions.
- Advise clients on reconfiguring their workforce mix to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate data-driven insights into workforce strategies that support organisational goals.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, covering HR operating model redesign, process optimisation, policy enhancements and service delivery improvement.
- Drive digital HR enablement efforts, including process mapping, technology readiness, and adoption planning.
- Lead organisation design engagements (structure redesign, roles/capabilities, workforce shaping).
- Develop holistic change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication planning and readiness measurement to drive successful transformation adoption and sustained behaviour change.
- Oversee the design of learning strategies and capability-building programmes.
What You Bring
- Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or workforce transformation within the consulting or professional services industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Demonstrated success leading complex end-to-end transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in workforce transformation, organisation design and change management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading teams across dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
- Lead multiple project teams, ensuring quality delivery and measurable business outcomes.
