Job Description

The People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team’s responsibilities include recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management, global mobility, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and development and staff communications.

 

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager, Campus Programs & Operations to spearhead the end-to-end life cycle management of our campus programs. This role crystallizes the strategies we adopt from engagement, recruitment, learning & development, performance management to placement of candidates in our campus programs. 

 

You will need to:

  • Work closely with and partner with various stakeholders such as the campus recruitment and learning & development teams, HR business partners and business leaders in the alignment of our campus program strategies to meet the business objectives  
  • Drive the design and implementation of our campus programs while ensuring positive program experience
  • Achieve set goals in program objectives such as ensuring a functional learning journey, effective performance measurement mechanisms and program engagement metrics 
  • Identify, obtain and analyse relevant data to assess and drive quality of hire for our various programs by provide actionable insights to recruiters and business leaders
  • Spearhead projects to increase visibility and accessibility of the team’s key metrics and measurables by HR and Business stakeholders, including building dashboards, establishment of reporting processes, etc.

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be passionate about attracting talent and ensuring candidate experience  
  • Have demonstrable experience in campus recruitment or program management with a flair for people engagement  
  • Possess a strong track record in managing sizable campus cohorts, delivering learning pathways and positive outcomes in program strategies 
  • Be strong in project and program management fundamentals, including stakeholder management, milestone tracking, change and risk management etc. 
  • Be meticulous, data-oriented, tenacious and be able to work with minimal supervision 
  • Be able to take stakeholders’ perspective and provide insight into how the team is adding value to their talent environment using data.
  • Be client-focused and able to interact confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders 
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in professional services or consulting industries will be a plus.
