Job Description

 

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing works closely with all functions in the Marketing & Communications team, as well as across the company to build and advance the KPMG brand and reputation by leading the management and execution of KPMG’s digital marketing and communication efforts.


She/He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects for KPMG in Singapore, including web page launches, online tools, web applications and marketing campaigns, along with routine updates to the website.


We expect the individual to be a creative and tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be very methodical and have excellent time, stakeholder and team management skills.


This individual will report to the Associate Director, Marketing & Communications at KPMG in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategies and manage day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns, including the appointment and management of relevant agencies.
  • Leverage web analytics (Adobe) and SEO to measure performance and continually improve the volume and quality traffic to KPMG digital properties.
  • Manage digital campaign performance including keywords, ad copies, ad extensions and budget, as well as creative use of the digital channels, a/b testing and brand safety.
  • Keep up to speed with website and online advertising trends and identify opportunities to drive quality traffic.
  • Collaborate with KPMG’s Global digital team regarding implementation, technical requirements, guidelines and optimization.
  • Educate stakeholders / assist with campaign tagging.
  • Review and provide insights on campaigns performance with customized reports.
  • Optimize campaign performance and adjust campaign strategy to support business needs.
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing activities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure full compliance of website and digital marketing campaigns adhere to guidelines and standards.
  • Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.

 

Qualifications:

  • A driven and energetic individual with minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Studies, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A demonstrable passion for all things digital (internet, mobile, digital experiences, social media platforms, platforms, etc.)
  • Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, CMS, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload/time effectively with excellent follow-through, attention to quality and detail, with high sense of urgency.
  • Results oriented; takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality work and effectively conveys its value.
  • Experience in measurement tools used to assess the impact of communications programs.
  • Possesses a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
  • Team player with proven ability to build relationships across business units and functional areas.
