Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, systems, and campaigns while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations Management:
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Maintain and enhance the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms) to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, resolving discrepancies and improving data integrity.
- Drive the integration of marketing tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation, execution, and optimization of automated email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and data segmentation.
- Campaign Management Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing).
- Partner with Data Analysts to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing, segmentation, and other optimization tactics to improve campaign ROI.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance goals.
- Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and campaign workflows, advocating for innovative solutions.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability across campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend process and tool improvements based on performance data and feedback.
- Data and Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and operations.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate marketing activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving ROI.
- Collaboration and Change Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals, strategies, and execution.
- Foster open communication and collaboration across departments to break down silos and drive shared success.
- Act as a change agent, encouraging adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with HTML for email templating.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as PDPA.
