Job Description

The successful candidate will support the People Experience & Culture team on onboarding and offboarding programmes and firmwide people experience initiatives. You will drive projects to completion and have the capacity to work with cross-functional teams, while managing day-to-day program operations.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct new employee onboarding by utilizing HR resources to enable a seamless onboarding experience allowing insight to the firm’s culture.
  • Design and implement solutions on creating a holistic and interactive onboarding framework 
  • Work in close collaboration with HR Ops, IT Services and Talent Acquisition to track, report and provide the HRBPs with appropriate engagement, onboarding and offboarding analytics and engagement insights 
  • Assist on driving engagement initiatives through collaboration with business units, HR, employee resource groups, leadership, and others to tell a holistic and unified story 
  • Provide support to employees to allow them to transition effectively in the firm
  • Support the team in various special projects within the people experience portfolio 
  • Consistent updates and maintenance of onboarding portals and process
  • Preparation of the Global People Survey report and assist on creating the action plans for HRBPs

 

 

Your Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, dynamic and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships and bridge people within the organizations
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Demonstrate a pro-active approach 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and execution skills along with an ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives and activities
