Job Description

KPMG’s Audit professionals provide timely and accurate information for corporate governance and financial reporting. Our clients leverage our specialist knowledge in audit, accounting, and regulatory compliance to manage their business risks.

We are seeking detailed-oriented and proactive individuals to join our growing Audit Team as Audit Administrators to support our Audit operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Extraction and processing of documents and data based on standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and address any concerns or questions that may arise
  • Understand the requirements indicated in the request made by user and deliver the completed request within the stipulated time
  • Attending hotlines

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Higher Nitec in Accounting certification
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English language
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to deal well with pressure and deliver good quality work under tight deadlines
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Positive learning attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn
  • Requirement to work in permanent shift hours when necessary: 
    • (a) Morning – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm or
    • (b) Afternoon – 1pm to 9pm
