Job Description

 

As Business Support Team Member / Executive Administrator in the department, your duties will include but not limited to:

 

  • Supporting the team in the in the initial administrative function leading up to the preparation of contract related documents to be issued to the clients;
  • Supporting the engagement team by preparing and ensuring the documents to be issued to the client are in order and updated
  • Liaising with internal and external clients through phone and email correspondences to address any engagement related queries and/or requirements;
  • Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of receipts and payments in accordance with the format prescribed by IRAS and ACRA;
  • Monitoring the various stages of the engagement assigned, ensuring deadlines are duly met and following up with the relevant parties;
  • Arranging for invoices to be prepared and issued;
  • Co-ordinating with clients and stakeholders on the necessary documents and ensuring they are kept in an orderly fashion;
  • Arranging for meetings and documents signing with clients, when required;
  • Handling and keeping records of books and records taken over from client;
  • Implement, manage and maintain procedures/administrative systems/engagement filing systems;
  • Attending to any other tasks as deemed necessary to support the delivery of engagements.

 

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
