Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies / scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models, and technology solutions
- Conduct current state assessments, perform industry / competitor research, develop gap assessments and design target state operating models
- Assist multi-disciplinary KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans and client presentations
- Support proposal and business development agenda by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing / presenting proposals
- Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice
What will you need to be successful?
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in Capital Markets operations, technology, and regulatory transformation programs, preferably in professional services
- Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade life cycles, leading vendor systems, and industry protocols
- Experience leading / supporting individual workstreams in technology driven transformation programs including SDLC lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience independently leading business development proposals, client presentations, and relationship management
- Travel as necessary, 3-4 days per week at client site
