Job Description

The Client & Markets team is KPMG in Singapore's brand hive, equipping our colleagues with the marketing tools to win clients and to position KPMG as an industry leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. The team creates buzz around our brand, strategise and communicate our firm’s value proposition, working together to pollinate our brand, drive up its value and increase our market share. 


In this exciting internship opportunity, we are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Clients & Markets (Account-Based Marketing and Sales Enablement) Team. 


What is Account-Based Marketing (ABM)?
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a strategic approach to marketing where efforts are focused on targeting specific high-value accounts of our firm. It aligns sales and marketing to deliver personalized campaigns and solutions tailored to the needs and priorities of each target account. At KPMG Singapore, we’re accelerating the rollout of key ABM initiatives for the firm’s priority accounts, including dedicated account management microsites, joint events, whitepapers, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and more. 


What is Sales Enablement?
Sales Enablement focuses on equipping our people—particularly those engaging with our firm’s priority accounts—with the tools, resources, insights, and training needed to effectively execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies. It empowers them to engage key accounts, drive conversions, and deliver value by aligning messaging, processes, and solutions with market needs. At KPMG Singapore, we have successfully implemented training programs and introduced essential sales tools. And we aim to further elevate these efforts by fostering a firm-wide ‘everyone is a salesperson’ mindset.


What does this mean for you?
You have an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Sales Enablement. You’ll gain hands-on experience with new tools and technologies, supporting key ABM initiatives for the firm’s priority accounts. Throughout your internship, you will collaborate with various teams across all functions, levels, and sectors of the firm, providing a unique insight into how different expertise areas work together. With a strong support system in place, you’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, contribute to impactful projects, and build happy memories while learning from experienced professional

 

As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including:  
•    Assist with the development and rollout of key ABM initiatives, such as account management microsites, client events, and custom marketing materials.
•    Support sales enablement efforts by managing resources, updating tools, and helping with training content.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop personalized campaigns for key accounts.
•    Analyse campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to optimize future efforts.
•    Participate and assist in team projects and other ad hoc duties assigned 

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: 
•    Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset 
•    Self-starter with ability to work independently 
•    Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment 
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Proficient in MS Office Applications
