Job Description

The Client & Markets team is KPMG in Singapore's brand hive, equipping our colleagues with the marketing tools to win clients and to position KPMG as an industry leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. The team creates buzz around our brand, strategise and communicate our firm’s value proposition, working together to pollinate our brand, drive up its value and increase our market share. 

 

Join our dynamic Experience Team to deliver engaging employee and client experiences across diverse platforms.

 

As an intern you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate across teams to enhance employee communications, employer branding, and client journeys.
  • Support internal campaigns and communication strategies aligned with our culture and priorities.
  • Create engaging content for internal channels (social posts, newsletters, EDMs) and events like town halls.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and client-facing events, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to go-to-market campaigns and partnerships through high-profile events and sponsorships.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive mindset and strong organisational skills.
  • Interest in leveraging technology (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity.
  • Bonus: Skills in graphic/video content creation using tools like Canva.
