Job Description
We are looking for Confidential Secretary with relevant experience.
The role involves:
- Support the Partners (i.e. manage schedules, submission of claims and timesheets, booking of private/meeting rooms etc)
- Provide administrative support within the business unit
- Assist with Visa, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain and update the department’s contact information and Partners’ client contact
- General administrative duties (i.e. Partners reports, debtors listing, preparing contacts for clients etc.)
- Ad-hoc duties
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
The ideal candidate should possess:
- GCE ‘O’ Level with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
- Computer literate (ie; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
