Working within a dynamic team, you will turn complex challenges into seamless user experiences, focusing on enhancing productivity and interaction through design.

  • Conduct user research and present insights to stakeholders (e.g., Personas, Journey Maps, Ethnographic Research)

  • Facilitate ideation, prototyping, and validation workshops with clients and their teams

  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a clear, compelling narrative

  • Guide the refinement of products, services, and business models based on user feedback

  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to deliver scalable design solutions

  • Drive innovation through design sprints, workshops, and client engagement

  • Manage UI/UX patterns within Design Systems and ensure best practices across all projects

  • Contribute to a positive, creative culture within Digital Village through collaborative initiatives

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on client-facing roles in consulting or similar environments

  • Proven expertise in Design Thinking and delivering end-to-end design solutions that meet user needs

  • Strong experience with GenAI in design processes and the ability to integrate emerging AI technologies into UX solutions

  • A point of view on AI design, including the fundamental shifts from digital design to intelligence design, including UI/UX, voice interaction, promptless interaction, and agentic workflow automation

  • Skilled in designing for complex workflows and multi-disciplinary teams across mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms

  • Knowledgeable in UX strategy, business design, market research, and value propositions

  • Familiar with design systems, information architecture, and managing user flows for enterprise-level designs

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting and justifying design decisions to clients and internal teams

  • Passionate about user-centered design, usability, and delivering delightful experiences

Desirable Skills & Additional Value:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and other design tools and plug-ins

  • Experience in fast-paced consultancy environments with multiple stakeholder management

  • Experience in building products or ventures, with expertise in strategic design, service design, or creating and governing design systems
