Job Description
KPMG’s HR Consulting professionals help clients navigate, implement and sustain transformational change to drive unprecedented levels of performance. Organisations are operating in a constantly and rapidly changing world and managing and maintaining a strong workforce in such an environment is challenging. This in turn presents a strategic opportunity for the HR function to enable a profound transformation, converting the full potential of an organisation’s people into financial performance and market value.

You will be:
Assisting our clients to achieve maximum advantage by conceiving and implementing innovative business and people strategies to ensure their continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry or professional services environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing consulting practices, including building and guiding high-performing teams to deliver client-facing solutions.
- Deep expertise in:
-Workforce reskilling
-Human resource strategies and operations
-Organisational design and transformation
-Organisation structure set-up
-Manpower optimisation
-Workforce culture and model development - Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, including:
-Stakeholder analysis
-Communication planning and execution
-Training needs analysis and plan development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
