Job Description

 

We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Experience & Change practice. Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Dynamics 365 Solution Architect responsible for providing technical expertise across Pre-Sales and Delivery

  • Evaluate client requirements and align solution to Microsoft and KPMG offerings

  • Develop end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft stack including identification of relevant technology components based on functional and non-functional requirements

  • Develop solution assets/accelerators and support go-to-market activities

  • Lead delivery engagements including planning and leading workshops

Technical Skills Required:

 

  • Specialise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform with a good understanding of the overall Microsoft stack

  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, Project Operations and Copilot

  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents

  • A good understanding of Integration and Data migration platforms

  • Hands on experience in Power Automate, Plugins, Scripts

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of complex and large-scale applications based on Dynamics 365 CE

  • Experience working in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies

 

Non-Technical Skills Required:

 

  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders including internal, external and KPMG partner organisations

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to present complex ideas and solutions to various levels of internal and external stakeholders

 

Certifications:

 

  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)

  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • At least 5 years of working experience in hands-on delivery and implementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countries, serving clients across a diverse range of industries

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications - understanding business requirements, analysis and ability to translate requirements into design and managing implementation

  • Proven track record in project management and delivery of customer experience, sales and marketing projects

  • Strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations to enable sound and practical recommendations to clients is required
