KPMG’s Trusted AI Centre of Excellence is a catalyst to help organisations and industries unlock transformative value with AI. We design and deliver trustworthy, intelligent solutions by fusing cutting-edge innovation and industry-leading practices with trust at the core.
In this role, you have the chance to help shape AI strategy and drive AI-enabled transformation for diverse sectors and functions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. You’ll work with high-performing teams across borders to tackle complex challenges for top-tier organisations, while co-developing KPMG’s AI offerings and strengthening our AI go-to-market capabilities.

What you will do:

  • Engage with C-suite and IT leadership to define enterprise AI strategy, business case and operating model, and develop governance frameworks to manage risks and controls related to AI
  • Responsible for current state assessment, requirement definition, solution design, architecture blueprint, technology roadmap, and hands-on development of Proof of Concept (PoC) and enterprise-grade technology solutions. Candidates must be able to produce working prototypes as part of pre-sales
  • Lead presales efforts with technical ownership, including developing proposals, delivering workshops, and influencing solution decisions. This is not just a pitching role—candidates must be able to shape and deliver the solution
  • Lead client-facing delivery including workshops, architecture sessions, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with key technology alliances and professional service providers to evaluate and develop technology solutions and best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technologies, market trends, and competitive insights

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in designing and building enterprise AI architecture for multi-agent systems
  • Proven track record in hands-on implementation and scaling of generative AI/agentic solutions beyond pilot stage, across multiple technology stacks. Experience with Microsoft or Google AI technologies is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and frameworks for AI development and deployment, including those that promote responsible AI.
  • Experience with presales process, with ability to lead discussions with senior management level, paired with technical credibility and delivery ownership
  • Strong client and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication skills backed by real-world technical depth
  • A background in data and cloud architecture, enabling robust and efficient system design, will be an added advantage.
