Job Description

 

We invite self-motivated, initiative professionals to join our Business Operations Team.

 

The role involves:

  • Assist business users with CRM operation related requests 
  • These CRM operation related requests include but not limited to records creation and update 
  • Resolve data discrepancies between systems to ensure overall data integrity 
  • Review and update newly created records in CRM to ensure data accuracy and completeness 
  • Assist business users with the firm’s risk process, for e.g. client and engagement acceptance process, Sentinel request
  • Assist business users on the project code creation, update, maintenance and closure through the use of the firm’s ERP
  • Liaise with business users proactively when additional information is required to complete updates in CRM, Risk systems, ERP etc
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties

 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • Good organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
